This isn't a talk with slides. It's a working session. Bring the prototype that won't behave, the BOM that won't close, or the business model you're still arguing with yourself about. Laptops, hardware, half-finished things — all welcome.

We open with asks and offers: everyone names one thing they're stuck on and one thing they can help with. It's the fastest way we've found to get the right two people talking, and more than one co-founder pairing has started there. Then we spread out and actually work. Near the end we regroup, show what moved, and flag any SBDC resources that might unblock you.
